General Help with Au Online Au Online is a website provided by Au Logistics to allow you to order brochures for your store. The quantity of brochures that you will receive is normally determined by the Tour Operator, however using the new Au Online system, for certain titles you will be able to select the quantity of brochures you require from what the Tour Operator has made available to you. The Au Online systems also provides feedback to show your deliveries you are due to receive through operator allocations and your own requests. Also on Au Online, orders that are not due to be delivered due to operator instructions will also be displayed. Below are screen by screen instructions to show you how to place an order and how to get the most from the Au Online system.
To order brochures you will first need to login to the Au Online system. The Agent login screen is where this is done and is the first screen you will see when accessing Au Online. To login simply fill in your Agent Number and Password into the relevant fields and click login. The default password for Au Online is your Agent Number in UPPERCASE.
The first time you access the Au Online site, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and to also reset your password. If you do not have an e-mail address leave these fields blank and simply enter a new password. Please ensure that you make a note of your new password.
Address Confirmation/Current Orders within the Au System This screen allows you to check that the address details held within Au Logistics are correct. It also informs you of your delivery day and optimum order day, orders that are placed before or after your optimum order day will still be processed but may take longer to arrive. Below your address details, Au Online shows you your current orders within the Au Logistics system and also any exceptions for orders recently placed. Every order held within our system is given an individual order number which will be displayed with the date that the order is due. On the day of ordering, new orders are shown on this page with the message 'ENTERED TODAY', other orders will either show 'PROCESSED' or 'DESPATCHED' depending on their status. For orders that have the status ENTERED TODAY, Au Online will display what has been ordered and any rejections for those orders. Clicking on one of the rejection reasons will open a page where the Tour Operator can give a fuller explanation of the rejection. For orders with the status CONFIRMED and DESPATCHED, the Au Online system will show the quantity of brochures you can expect to receive. This will not always exactly match the quantity that was ordered as the brochures will be packed in set sizes. From this screen you can go ahead and place an order for your shop by clicking CREATE ORDER at the top of the screen or by clicking the CREATE ORDER button at the bottom of the screen.
This screen is where you place your orders. It contains brochures from all operators currently available through Au Logistics. Operators are listed alphabetically allowing you to scroll through the list. You can also move to a particular Tour Operator quickly by clicking the arrow on the drop-down box and selecting the operator you require. If there is a tick-box next to a brochure title, tick it to receive brochures. In this case the Tour Operator will determine the quantity of brochures you will receive. If there is a quantity field, fill in the quantity of brochures you require but ensure that the quantity is no greater than the quantity you are allowed (displayed next to the quantity field). On some titles you will be shown the quantity of brochures you have received to date for that edition of the product to give you an indication of your brochure usage. To submit your order, either click SUBMIT ORDER at the top of the screen or click the SUBMIT ORDER button at the bottom of the screen.
This screen confirms the brochures you will receive and also the brochures you will be unable to receive and why. If you click on the reasons you will be forwarded to the Tour Operators own screen where a more detailed explanation is given. Close the ordering session by clicking LOGOUT at the top of the screen or the LOGOUT button. |
