Client Services
The Au Logistics Client Services team is both knowledgeable and proactive. Each client is allocated its own dedicated Account Manager who will look after the client’s requirements on a day to day basis. Each Account Manager also ‘backs up' another so as to ensure administrative cover in the event of absence.
Account Managers enter into regular dialogue with their respective client base, specifically to understand the client’s needs but also to make them aware of any storage or distribution issues i.e. reducing stock levels, seasonal delivery periods etc.
Au Logistics prides itself on its relationship with its clients and targets 6 monthly reviews to ensure satisfaction with regard to services provided, particularly Storage & Distribution. Regular reviews of all Storage & Distribution operational issues are undertaken and clients are kept up to date with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting.
